The acceptable payment methods for Partee are:

Taiwan region: Credit card / ATM virtual account transfer / Web ATM transfer / Convenience store collection / Convenience store payment

Overseas regions: Credit card / ATM virtual account transfer / Web ATM transfer / Convenience store collection / Convenience store payment / Paypal

●Full Payment with Credit Card Partee's transaction mechanism is certified through the ECPay payment gateway, and the entire process is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption. Consumers can use it with confidence. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards.

● Samsung Pay You can make payments using the payment method provided by Samsung.

● Google Pay You can make payments using the payment method provided by Google.

● Line Pay You can make payments using the payment method provided by Line.

● ATM Transfer This is a virtual account specifically for ATM transfers. It can only be used for online or physical ATM transfers. The transfer account will correspond to your respective order. Therefore, if the account number or amount is entered incorrectly, the transfer cannot be successfully completed.

● Convenience Store Payment Convenience store payment is a collection mechanism provided by ECPay. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the payment to be credited. When using convenience store payment, you must take note of your payment code and go to the machines at the following convenience stores (7-11 Ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, Hi-Life Life-ET, OK Mart OK-Go) to print the payment slip and make the payment. Please refer to the instructions for convenience store payment.

●Paypal is an additional payment option available for overseas buyers. In addition to credit card payments, international customers can also use the cross-border online third-party platform, Paypal, for payment.

Payment Notes:

 1. If we do not receive your payment within three days, your order will be automatically canceled. If needed, please place a new order.

2. If your account information is missing, please use the order inquiry function to confirm the transfer account.

3. Different banks may have different transaction fees. Please refer to the transaction fee announcement of your respective bank.

4. If the transfer account or payment slip is missing, please use the order inquiry function to check.

Refund Instructions:

Credit Card / Paypal: After you complete the return process with Partee, your purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays). The bank will directly refund the funds to your credit card account. The exact refund time depends on your card's billing cycle. If the refund is processed before your billing date, you will receive the funds in the next month. If it is processed after your billing date, you will receive the funds in the following month.

ATM Virtual Account Transfer / Convenience Store Collection / Convenience Store Payment: Once the refund procedure is completed, we will transfer your purchase amount to your designated bank account within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays).
